Since May 1996, Peter Knight has served as Task Manager for three infoDev projects, all of which have been successfully completed.

• The South African-based Telematics for African Development Consortium's first project to develop web-based learning tools for universities, secondary schools, and community organizations.
• Toward An Open, Informed Telematics Policy Debate in Russia, executed by the US-Russian NGO Freedom Channel..
• Cyberschool Africa, a South-African based private company providing web-based and other forms of electronic distance learning services for students preparing for the Matric (university entrance) examinations.

Peter Knight has also provided support to another key infoDev project,  African Virtual University in the preparation of its final report, and is currently writing a review of lessons learned from ten educational projects financed by infoDev. 

In April 2000, Peter Knight completed a paper for infoDev on Lessons from infoDev Education Projects.
