In December 2001 and January 2002, Peter Knight served as a consultant to RealTime Communications of Seattle, preparintg a paperAccelerating Economic and Social Development with Communications Infrastructure in Emerging Economies, a Case Study of Jordan together with James W. Miller. The paper was made available to the Government of Jordan and other project partners in February 2002.
